Services
Our audiologists and neuro-physiotherapist provide a complete range of services to diagnose and manage hearing and balance disorders.
Dr Celene McNeill has a wealth of experience in hearing rehabilitation and our team is conversant with the latest techniques and methods relying on brain plasticity to improve and maximise hearing and balance ability. Audiologist Barbara Mok brings a fresh approach to our well established services with her expertise in the latest aspects of technology applied to hearing and balance care.
Rehabilitative techniques include auditory training, hearing aids, implants and assistive listening devices with Bluetooth, infra-red and 2.4GHz technology as part of this process.
Vestibular rehabilitation is provided at the clinic by neuro-physiotherapist Kathee DeLapp who specialises in reducing the symptoms of dizziness and improving the balance function of our patients. Kathee is Australia’s leading specialist in the treatment of BPPV.
Hearing preservation and hearing loss prevention is also our concern and we provide advice and a range of custom earplugs for noise, swimming and music.
Healthy Hearing & Balance Care offers a variety of services for musicians and/or professionals exposed to high levels of sound including custom made earplugs and in-ear monitors.
We are able to assist infants from 8 months of age to the very elderly by appointment. The duration of each appointment will be advised upon your booking and may vary from 45 minutes up to 3 hours depending on the procedures required to address your specific needs.
